Industrial Water bowser for the transport and storage of drinking water.
Road bowsers are primarily for high speed operation on the road full or empty at speeds up to 60MPH, they can be towed off road at slower speeds, they are fitted with either a 40mm ring eye or a 50mm ball coupling.
Chassis -Constructed from 5mm pressed steel section fully welded with an ‘A’ frame drawbar
Axle/Suspension - twin avonride torsion beam axles fitted with 200 X 50 auto reverse brakes.
Wheels and Tyres - 4 No. 185 /13 x 6 pr tyres on 4 stud rims.
Coupling -Knott 3000kg coupling, choice of 40mm eye or 50mm ball
Ancillary Equipment - Tandem mudguards, heavy duty jockey wheel, pressed steel channel section c/w rear lighting board & 7 pin plug.
Tank
Polytheylene, elliptical in section with internal anti surge baffle, 2” front draw off, 2 rear outlet connections fitted with an 18” lockable outer hinged man lid cover, inner sealed vented manlid. Tank secured to chassis with 2 stainless steel straps.

Finish
Poly tank in yellow, Green OR Drinking Water Blue. Chassis primer and two top coats in BS colour, GALVANISED OPTIONAL.
