4,800 litre GRAF Carat S House Direct Rainwater Harvesting System

The GRAF Carat-S underground tank is unlike any other underground tank in the world. It is the largest tank of its kind to be manufactured by injection compression moulding. This technique provides the tank with unbeatable stability and ensures that each component is produced with the highest of accuracy.
Unlike other underground tanks, the wall thickness is equal in all areas of the tank. The production tolerances are kept to a minimum, resulting in a product of the highest quality, which is strong, accurate,
reliable and extremely user-friendly. Lastly, the mains water backup supply is not reliant on power supply or pump pressure and therefore guarantees supply of water to WCs at all times.

• Simple & quick to install

• Submersible pump supplies harvested rainwater on demand to the header tank where it is then gravity-fed to the WCs & washing machine

• The header tank controls the operation of the system, supply of harvested rainwater and backup mains water to the WCs

• Dual valve system with in the header tank prioritises rainwater supply over mains water, maximising the use of all available rainwater to save on mains water consumption

• Mains water switchover point is at a lower level in the header tank and becomes operational when rainwater is not available from the underground Platin tan

Offloading

Unless a hi-ab delivery has been booked at additional cost, it is the customer's responsibility to offload with suitable equipment on the day of delivery and a failed delivery may result in additional charges.

We recommend installers and/or plant hire & materials to install such as excavators, aggregates etc are not booked until you are in receipt of the goods. Tanks Direct cannot be held responsible for costs incurred due to unforeseen delays, please see our terms for more details.

HIAB

HIAB delivery will be required if you need the tank offloaded from the delivery vehicle. The driver will unload the tank from the vehicle to ground level, however this service is not to place the tank in situ, this will need to be arranged separately.

All Items must be returned unused, refunds cannot be issued for used or previously installed items.

Please be aware that returning a tank can be complicated and expensive, so please check that you are ordering the correct item (we suggest checking the dimensions very carefully).

Once your request is approved, a valid Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) will be issued to initiate the returns process along with information on how & where to return your order along with any costs involved.
